Noor Abid

Noor has a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Calgary. Her research and thesis focused on Gait analysis.

Noor has co-authored many international journals and conferences, including IEEE Conferences, and has attained the IBM Mastery Awards for Educators: Application Security Engineer and Security Intelligence Engineer.

She has seven years of industry experience in the computer networking field, has worked as a teaching assistant in the Electrical and Computer Engineering department at the University of Calgary, taught in the Mathematics and Computing department at Mount Royal University, and is now a Cybersecurity instructor at Bow Valley College.

Noor has developed and taught many core courses, such as network security, endpoint security, and cryptography. She is passionate about the field and interested in future technology developments.
