Lisa Cousins

Lisa Cousins is currently the Strategy Director at Bow&Arrow. Lisa has an extensive work history that includes Disney Parks & Resorts, Stash Hotel Rewards, and Huge. Lisa has been in the strategy field for over 10 years and has experience with large, senior stakeholder groups. In their previous role as Group Strategy Director at Huge, Lisa was responsible for envisioning, designing, and launching new experiences for clients and customers. As the Director of Strategy at Stash Hotel Rewards, Lisa created an inclusive approach to rapidly evaluate, prioritize, and deliver strategic projects and product investments. In their role as Manager, Global Development at Disney Parks & Resorts, Lisa was responsible for driving long-term strategic decisions and investments informed by detailed research and analysis. Prior to their work in the strategy field, Lisa interned with Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. and was a co-founder of sceneopolis.

Lisa Cousins attended Harvard Business School, where they earned their Master of Business Administration. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Calgary, with a focus in finance, risk management, and insurance.
