Taryn Stephan has extensive work experience in various roles within the manufacturing industry. Taryn started their career at Bowden Manufacturing as a Customer Service Representative, where they assisted customers with their accounts and coordinated production schedules based on customer needs. Taryn then worked as a Production Scheduler, responsible for maintaining reporting systems and creating daily production schedules. Later, they became an Operations Manager at Bowden Manufacturing, overseeing logistics, supply chain, and manufacturing functions. Taryn also worked as a Finishing Business Unit Manager at Avery Dennison Label and Packaging Materials, leading teams and improving performance in safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, and people leadership objectives. Currently, Taryn is the Vice President of Operations at Bowden Manufacturing, where they manage logistics, materials, supply chain, planning, and manufacturing functions, ensuring exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets. Taryn provides mentorship to over 50 direct reports.

Taryn Stephan earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication and Media Studies from John Carroll University. Taryn attended the university from 1999 to 2004.
