Lucas Democh Goularte is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data management, business intelligence, and operational efficiency. Currently a Data Contractor at Datax, Lucas has also served as an External Consultant and Co-CEO at Bowe, where responsibilities included focusing on business automation and organizational efficiency. As the Founder of Boletos Motivacionais and a co-founder of Tutora.vc, Lucas has demonstrated strong entrepreneurial skills. Previous roles include Head of BI at Bowe, Operations Chief at Snackin.co, Administrative Manager at VR Brasil, and Quality and Process Manager at Maqnelson Veículos Ltda.
