Willie Dale

Willie Dale is an experienced professional in the distilling industry, currently serving as Head Distiller at Bowen & Bowen Limited since February 2024. Prior to this role, Willie held the position of Head Distiller at Young Hearts Distilling from May 2022 to February 2024, and was a Distiller at Tokki Soju from December 2019 to May 2022. Previous experience includes working as a Nursery Assistant at Grelen Nursery Inc, a Distillery Hand at Cardrona Distillery, and a Tasting Room Manager at Wanaka Beerworks. Willie's early career encompassed various roles at Distileria Dale, including Distiller, Beverage Manager, and Owner, as well as positions at Easy Tiger, Van Brunt Stillhouse, and The Moonlight Mile. Willie earned a degree from Rhodes College between 2008 and 2011.
