Ciro Cerrato

Ciro Cerrato is an account executive at Bowen, Miclette & Britt. Ciro has over fifteen years of experience in the insurance industry.

Ciro started their career in 2006 as a health insurance broker with Paychex Insurance Agency. In this role, they helped clients navigate the often complex world of health insurance. Ciro quickly rose through the ranks and became CEO of Liberty Capital Funding in 2011.

At Liberty Capital Funding, Ciro helped clients find alternative funding strategies for their employee benefits programs. Ciro also worked closely with the organization's C-suite to implement programs that were specific to the company culture and goals. In 2015, Ciro left Liberty Capital Funding to become a client advisor with Gulfshore Insurance, Inc.

In their current role as an employee benefits advisor with USI Insurance Services, Ciro specializes in alternative funding strategies that provide a multi-year financial/strategic approach which enables employers to offer robust employee benefits. This comprehensive approach includes nationally networked local resources of underwriters, ERISA attorneys, benefit technology experts, and population health management team. Ciro works closely with the organization's C-suite to help implement programs specific to company culture and goals, while keeping employees healthy and productive.

Ciro Cerrato graduated from Loyola University New Orleans with a MS in Criminal Justice. Ciro then attended The University of Southern Mississippi where they obtained their degree in the same field.
