W. Scott Card

W. Scott Card has extensive work experience in the financial industry. W. Scott most recently served as the Managing Director at Bowen, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the same position at Canaccord Genuity Group Inc. from 2018 to 2023. During their time at Canaccord Genuity, they focused on technology investment banking, specifically in the cybersecurity and infrastructure software sectors. W. Scott completed several transactions, including mergers and acquisitions in the industry.

Before joining Canaccord Genuity, W. Scott Card was a Partner at AGC Partners, a technology-focused boutique investment bank, for 15 years. W. Scott first worked in the firm's Boston office and later established their Foster City office in the Bay Area. W. Scott also worked at Deutsche Bank Securities as a Senior Associate from 1999 to 2002.

Early in their career, they gained experience as a Summer Associate at Rockwood Holdings (Private Equity), an Associate at SBC Warburg, and an Analyst at Merrill Lynch.

W. Scott Card earned a BS in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University from 1989 to 1993. W. Scott also attended The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth from 1997 to 1999.
