Kate Rustici

Kate Rustici has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kate started their career in 2008 as a Legislative Aide in the Office of Representative Ruth Balser in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. In 2012, they joined the Center for Strategic and International Studies as an Associate Director, specializing in Southeast Asia Studies. Kate worked in this position until 2015 when they transitioned to BowerGroupAsia as the Director of Asia Development. Kate held this role until 2020 when they became the Director of Contracts at the same company. Currently, Kate Rustici is the Head of HR, Talent and Training at BowerGroupAsia.

Kate Rustici completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and East Asia Studies at Simmons University. Later, they pursued their Master of Arts (MA) in International Relations and International Economics with a focus on Southeast Asia Studies at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) from 2010 to 2012.
