Will Heidlage

Will Heidlage's work experience begins in 2011 with a Summer Undergraduate Research Project at Pomona College. In 2013, they worked as a Business Development Associate at ADIA Entertainment Ltd. In 2014, they served as an Intern at Kroll. Will then worked as an Analyst at The Asia Group from January to July 2015. From September 2015 to January 2019, they held the position of Research Director (Northeast Asia) & HQ Programming Coordinator at BowerGroupAsia. Will subsequently became a Director at BowerGroupAsia from February 2019 to October 2020. In 2017, they became the Chapter Head at Young China Watchers and served in that role until April 2022. During the same period, they also became an Executive Co-Director at Young China Watchers. Will Heidlage received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Asian Studies with a focus on East Asia and History from Pomona College, where they attended from 2008 to 2012. Will then pursued further education at the Johns Hopkins-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies, where they obtained a Certificate in International Relations with a concentration in China Studies from 2012 to 2013. In 2013, they enrolled at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) and completed a Master of Arts degree in International Economics and China Studies in 2014.
