Susan MacIsaac

Susan MacIsaac has a diverse work experience in the agricultural industry. Their most recent role was as the SVP and Head of AgScience at Bowery Farming starting in 2018. Prior to that, they worked at The Climate Corporation as the Discovery Science Lead from 2016 to 2018. From 2004 to 2016, they held multiple roles at Monsanto Company, including Smart Sensing and Insights Team Lead, Kannapolis Site Lead, and Team Lead for Proteomics, Metabolomics, and Imaging. In these positions, they managed teams, developed and applied analytical and imaging technologies, and contributed to agricultural product advancements.

Susan MacIsaac holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Plant Physiology from the University of Guelph. Susan also has a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.(HONS)) and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Biology from the University of Saskatchewan.
