Katelin Kutchko

Katelin Kutchko is an experienced Vice President and Appraiser at Bowery Valuation since August 2018, where responsibilities include preparing detailed real estate appraisal reports utilizing various property valuation techniques, performing property inspections, and analyzing financial data. Prior to this, Katelin served as a Senior Associate at BBG Inc. from June 2014 to July 2018, engaging in similar appraisal and analytical tasks. Early career experiences include roles as a Retail Brokerage Intern at Cushman & Wakefield and a Summer Intern at StudioTEKA, alongside various internships in financial analysis and architectural support. Katelin holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Urban Design & Architecture Studies from New York University.
