James Lashmett

James Lashmett has extensive experience in operations management within the entertainment and arcade industries. Currently serving as Area Technician for Arcade Operations at Bowlmor AMF since April 2017, Lashmett previously held the position of Regional Operations Director at K1 Speed, overseeing daily operations across 10 locations and implementing strategies to enhance sales and guest satisfaction. Prior to that, as Senior Amusements Manager at Dave and Busters, Lashmett was responsible for the Amusements department, which accounted for 47% of store revenue, and successfully developed training programs resulting in multiple promotions. Lashmett holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer and Electronic Engineering from California State University-San Bernardino.
