Prior to this role, Carolyn was the Director at c.bo consulting and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist at Human Qualities, where Carolyn focused on talent identification, assessment, and development, change management, and leadership development. Carolyn started their career as a Consultant at SHL, where Carolyn worked on psychometric test development and designed Assessment and Development Centres. With an MSc in Organisational Psychology and a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, Carolyn is well-equipped to excel in their field.
