Working in a growing technology startup with a purpose that goes beyond the business was the motivation for Renata, Bowsy's Digital Operations Manager, for joining the company. As an International professional changing career coming from a background in Economics and graduating from a Higher Diploma in Computer Science at Griffith College and a Certificate in Data Analytics at UCD, Renata related deeply with other students that were trying to fill the gap between their courses and the experience needed. Renata has worked 10+ years in the Education sector in her home country, with experience in management and systems, data analytics and research.
