Susan Spozetta

Susan Spozetta has over 24 years of experience in vocational education, Sue brings a unique and comprehensive understanding of the sector, having led education portfolios including delivery program areas, quality and governance teams, and education development units.

Sue is passionate about enhancing the lives of students through innovative, flexible, and quality education that delivers successful student outcomes. She is a proactive and passionate leader with diverse experience in quality and compliance governance, online delivery and assessment resources, training package requirements, and industry collaboration.

Sue has held senior leadership roles at TAFE QLD and TAFE NSW, with her most recent position being the Executive Director of Education at The Gordon.

Sue holds a Master of Adult & Vocational Education, a Graduate Diploma in Adult Education, and a Bachelor of Health Science Nursing.

In the role of Executive Director of Academic Governance at Box Hill Institute, Sue will lead the functions responsible for governing and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of their offerings. The portfolio will provide a clear focus on educational governance including addressing the standards required by registering authorities and developing innovative curricular and emerging course offerings.
