Ivy

Ivy Ma is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Box, where responsibilities include managing a team focused on scaling synchronous data access and building a team dedicated to improving CDC/streaming solutions. Ivy's tenure at Box began in June 2017 as a Database Engineering Intern and progressed through various roles, including Senior Software Engineer and Team Lead Manager, prior to the current management position. In addition to technical roles, Ivy serves as Chair of Women In Tech and holds the title of Chief Fun Officer. Ivy's foundational experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at Purdue University, where involvement encompassed mentoring in the Women In Engineering Program. Ivy earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Purdue University in 2018.
