Marita Gerken

Marita Gerken has an extensive background in customer success and account management, currently serving as Team Manager for Customer Success at Box since 2017, after progressing from the role of Senior Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes positions as Associate Director of Account Management at Dstillery and Senior Solutions Consultant at DialogTech. Marita also held the role of Customer Success & Social Strategy Manager at Salesforce and was a Senior Account Manager for AdWords Large Client Services at Google.
