Megan Hundley

Megan Hundley is an experienced consultant currently working with Cultivate and BOxD | Better Organizations by Design since January 2023, and serves as the Principal of Megan Hundley Consulting since April 2022. Previously, Megan Hundley held various senior management positions at Cisco from June 2007 to February 2022, where responsibilities included co-creating global team facilitation offerings, leading talent development initiatives, and conducting enterprise workforce planning. Educational qualifications include a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from CSU (2016), a Master's in Counseling from Clemson University (2001), and a BA in German and Political Science from Furman University (1999), alongside studies at the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
