Kristen Cohen

Kristen Cohen joined Boxer Capital, LLC in 2009. As Director of Culture and Philanthropy, Mrs. Cohen supports the firm’s administrative and operations processes, including accounts payable, business continuity, partner relationships, and overall quality standards. Mrs. Cohen also heads Boxer Capital’s philanthropy programs.

Prior to joining Boxer Capital, Mrs. Cohen supported the Chairman and CEO of Pacific Payment Solutions, a global electronic payment services and information technology business, managing issuers and acquirers in credit, debit, and prepaid payment products.

Mrs. Cohen holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Art History and Religious Studies from Occidental College in Los Angeles, CA.
