Michael T. Pariza

Michael Pariza is an MBA and licensed real estate broker with an extensive background in commercial real estate investment, operations, and strategy. Currently, Michael is involved in the strategy and oversight of Boxer’s office portfolio and as President of Boxer Retail & Resorts is responsible for the design, implementation, growth and oversight of the Company's retail and hospitality businesses which includes golf, restaurants, and parking operations as well as related business ventures with third parties.

Michael has held several key leadership positions with Boxer throughout his 20+ year tenure with the company. They include Broker of Record, Director of Leasing, Asset Manager and Director of Operations and he has supervised the leasing, marketing, operations, and engineering teams of Boxer's portfolio in multiple markets across the Unites States.

Michael has spearheaded several of the company's most notable and complicated projects. He handled the company’s first multi-family development and began and completed the redevelopment of an enclosed super-regional shopping center, which included the negotiation of a City Chapter 380 Municipality Agreement. Michael founded an oil and gas pipeline and production company to take advantage of mineral rights for several properties in the Texas Barnett Shale and after successfully obtaining a gas well permit for more than 80 acres of mineral leases, the project was sold to XTO/Exxon. Most recently Michael initiated and oversaw the development of a point of sale ordering system used in the hospitality and retail sector. He is noted for his talent at analyzing financial statement for various income producing properties and has negotiated an array of contracts and commercial leases for the company's office, retail, parking, and multi-family businesses as well as access agreements, franchise agreements and mineral leases for its hospitality and oil and gas businesses.

Michael is a licensed Right-of-Way agent in the State of Texas and a licensed Real Estate Broker in Georgia, North Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. He has earned Master’s in Business Administration from Dallas’ Southern Methodist University and is a member of the Real Estate Council, American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association, the Building Owner's Management Association, National Association of Realtors, International Council of Shopping Centers, National Apartment Association, National Golf Foundation, and the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
