Tamara Williams

Tamara Williams is a Digital Learning Specialist at Boxlight since July 2022, with a diverse background in education and child development. Prior experience includes serving as an Educator K-6 Certified at Atlanta Public Schools from July 2018 to June 2022, teaching 4th and 5th-grade Reading, Writing, and Social Studies, and coaching various student organizations. Previously, Tamara worked at Hillsborough County Public Schools from August 2012 to July 2018, teaching self-contained and departmentalized 3rd to 5th-grade classes across multiple subjects. Earlier professional experience includes the role of CCTAPES Specialist at Children's Forum, evaluating child care programs, and a position as Property Management/Leasing Manager at West 10 Apartments. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services & Mental Health Counseling at Columbus State University.
