Craig J Custer

Craig J Custer has extensive work experience in the appraisal and valuation industry. Craig started their career in 1994 as the SVP Chief Appraiser at US Property and Appraisal, where they successfully developed the commercial division and boosted sales by 50%. Craig then moved on to roles at Huntington Bank and C&R APPRAISAL SERVICES, where they provided real estate technical services and ensured portfolio compliance. After that, they joined Citizens Bank as a VP-Senior Review Appraiser, responsible for risk assessment and valuation services. In 2012, they became the SVP-Director of Appraisal Management at First United Bank and Trust. In 2014, they joined Appraisal / Appraisal Review and Consulting Services as a Senior Consultant / Appraiser / Review Appraiser. Most recently, in 2018, they became the Managing Director of Valuations at Boxwood Means, LLC. Throughout their career, Craig has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of driving business growth.

Craig J Custer has a diploma in Academic studies from Somerset Area High School. Craig also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Pittsburgh. Furthermore, they pursued studies in Engineering at the United States Naval Academy. Additionally, Craig obtained a Certified General Appraiser certification from Florida in July 2015.
