Lorean Gonsalves has a varied work experience, starting in 2004 with Pro Teck Valuation Services. They began as a Vendor Manager and Team Leader, overseeing the broker network in a specific territory and ensuring client orders were completed on time. Lorean then became an Account Manager, handling high volume clients across multiple business channels and increasing revenue through excellent customer service. They later served as a Vendor Relations Manager, improving SLA KPIs with clients and creating effective vendor programs. Lorean also held the position of Director of Customer Service, where they improved overall delivery and customer satisfaction. Lastly, at Pro Teck Valuation Services, Lorean became the Director of Operations, running daily operations and implementing efficiency projects. In 2016, Lorean joined Century 21 Commonwealth as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, where they designed and implemented business and marketing plans, assisted clients in real estate transactions, and provided advisory services. Their most recent position is at Boxwood Means, LLC, where they are currently serving as an Assistant Manager of Operations.

Lorean Gonsalves received a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the College of the Holy Cross, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications. In 2016, they became a licensed real estate salesperson in Massachusetts. Lorean also completed courses in management, project management, and leading effective teams at the Boston University Corporate Education Center, although the specific dates of completion are unknown.
