John Zseller

John Zseller is an accomplished executive in the Boy Scouts of America, currently serving as Scout Executive and CEO at Housatonic Council Inc. since October 2015, where responsibilities include board development, fundraising, and membership expansion. Previously, at Theodore Roosevelt Council from 2009, John held multiple positions, such as Assistant Scout Executive and Field Director, successfully managing substantial fundraising budgets and membership growth initiatives. John's earlier roles include leadership as Executive Director of Queens and Staten Island Scouting with the Greater New York Councils and Field Director for the Greater New York Council. Educated with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from The City College of New York, John has demonstrated a strong commitment to youth engagement and organizational leadership throughout a robust career in Scouting.
