David Orloff

David Orloff is an experienced professional in organizational development and consulting, currently serving as Senior Berater at boy | Strategie und Kommunikation since April 2023. Previously, David worked as a Gründungsberater at KIZ GmbH from May 2019 to August 2023, providing coaching and consulting to solo entrepreneurs. Additionally, David held the role of Projektleiter at Technische Akademie Nord, managing the project "IT4ME - IT Kompetenzen für die Metall- und Elektroberufe," which focused on developing an educational module integrating additive manufacturing, robotics, and programming. David's experience in organizational and team development was further enhanced during a tenure at Raytheon Anschütz GmbH from June 2018 to December 2020.
