Molly Wilhite

Molly Wilhite is an experienced leader in software solutions delivery, currently serving as Senior Product Manager at Boyce Systems since April 2023. Previously, Molly held the position of Director of Software Delivery Programs at First Merchants Corporation, where a successful track record in delivering custom-built solutions for the banking industry was established. Early professional roles include Software Delivery Manager and Technical Project Manager at Ontario Systems, where agile methodologies and DevOps practices were implemented to enhance product release cycles and decrease operational inefficiencies. Additional experience includes property management and event coordination, where strategic planning and market analysis led to significant occupancy and revenue growth. Molly holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Affairs from Creighton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Geography from Ball State University.
