Josh Duffy

Josh Duffy is an experienced gaming industry professional currently serving as the Director of Slot Operations for Delaware North since April 2024. Previously, Duffy held multiple leadership roles at Hollywood Casino Perryville from November 2021 to April 2024, including Director of Casino Operations and Director of Slot Operations. Duffy's experience also includes serving as the Director of VLT Operations at Hollywood Gaming at Mahoning Valley Race Course, Slot Operations Manager at Boomtown Casino Biloxi, and various positions within Boomtown Casino and Mountaineer Casino Racetrack & Resort. Duffy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Baker University, an Associate of Applied Business degree from Kent State University, and a certificate in gaming from Crescent School of Gaming.
