Diego Mendoza

Diego Mendoza is an experienced professional in workforce planning and management, currently serving as the Manager of Workforce Planning at Boyd Gaming since June 2022, where key accomplishments include the deployment of Virtual Roster (VR) across five properties and the introduction of automated functionalities for hourly team members. Prior experience includes roles as Workforce Management Analyst at GEOTAB, Labor Control Manager at Freeman Company, and various positions at MGM Resorts International and Caesars Entertainment Corporation, where contributions spanned project implementations and WFM operations. Diego Mendoza also has a research background as a Research Assistant with the STEP-UP Program. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in International Business with a minor in Music Technology at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, Diego Mendoza holds an Advanced Honors Diploma from Desert Pines High School.
