Dorane Chang

Dorane Chang has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. In 2002, they worked as an Associate Manager at Ernst & Young Group - Corporate Finance, Inc. Dorane then moved on to Formosa International Hotels Corporation in 2004, where they served as a Project Manager in the Chairman's Office and Business Development. In 2006, they joined Caesars Entertainment Corporation as a Sr. Financial Analyst in Corporate Finance, eventually working their way up to Manager of Hospitality Analytics and then Director of Hospitality Analytics in the Enterprise Analytics department. Dorane'sresponsibilities in this role included leading the enterprise hospitality analytics team and developing comprehensive tools for EBITDA analysis. Dorane also conducted cross-departmental analytics and played a pivotal role in several achievements, such as creating a sophisticated bonus model and evaluating the profit impact of resort fees. In 2019, they transitioned to Boyd Gaming and currently holds the role of VP of Corp FP&A.

Dorane Chang holds an MBA degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, which was earned from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from National Taiwan University between 1994 and 1997. In terms of additional certifications, Dorane Chang has acquired a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in 2021.
