Katherine Edwards is a seasoned tax professional with over three decades of experience in tax management and compliance. Currently serving as the Senior Licensing Coordinator at Boyd Gaming since February 2021, Katherine previously held the position of Corporate Tax Manager at the same company from June 2012 to July 2020. Katherine's extensive background includes roles as Corporate Tax Manager at Power-One, Contract tax professional at Teledyne, and Vice President of Income Tax Compliance at Bank of America Home Loans, where responsibilities included managing the federal income tax compliance department and overseeing numerous legal entities. Katherine's expertise also encompasses senior tax management roles at Superior Industries International and Teledyne Technologies International, along with a solid foundation in tax compliance developed at Ticketmaster and TW Metals.
