Nate Greenberg

Nate Greenberg, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Nate currently holds the position of Vice President, People and Talent at Boyd Group Services Inc, where they lead the talent acquisition, management, learning and development, and employee engagement for over 12,000 employees.

Prior to joining Boyd Group Services Inc, Nate worked at T-Mobile for a significant period of time. Nate held various roles including Sr. Director, Human Resources-HR Crew, Director of Talent Acquisition - Sales and Service, and Director of Human Resources. In these roles, they provided strategic leadership in talent acquisition, leadership development, and employee relations. Nate also managed regional sales teams and supported front-line employees in meeting aggressive sales targets.

Before T-Mobile, Nate worked as the Director of Human Resources North America at Burger King Corporation. Nate was part of a leadership team responsible for facilitating the turnaround of the brand. In this role, they selected and developed a team of HR professionals supporting over 600 company-operated and 4,000 franchise-operated Burger King restaurants.

Nate Greenberg, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology/Psychology from Northern Illinois University. Nate also studied Industrial and Organizational Psychology at Illinois State University. In addition to their education, Nate holds certifications from the ODC - Organizational Design Community, SHRM as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), and HRCI as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
