Ray le Tourneur

Ray Le Tourneur is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the engineering and renewable energy sectors. Currently serving as an Advisor to the Board at Santé Group since 2024 and as the Renewable Energy Head at Boyd Jones Construction since 2022, Ray's expertise includes significant prior roles such as Chief Operating Officer at Sterling and Wilson from 2019 to 2022, where operations encompassed business development, finance, engineering, and more. Additionally, as Vice President of Operations at First Solar from 2008 to 2018, Ray managed the construction and operational aspects of utility-scale solar PV projects, handling over 6GW in the USA and various international locales. Previous experience includes managing projects for the Syska Hennessy Group and establishing the Commissioning Services Group at The Dome-Tech Group. Ray holds a Bachelier T1 in Mechanical Engineering from L'Universite Paris VI and a BSc from the University of Natal.
