Daniel Orcutt

Daniel Orcutt is an accomplished asset management professional with extensive experience in the real estate sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management at Boyd Watterson Asset Management since September 2021, Daniel previously held the position of Director of Management Services and Market Leader for the Mid-Atlantic region at Newmark from October 2013 to August 2021, where responsibilities included operations, service-line integration, and business development. Prior to that, Daniel was the Director of Asset Services at CBRE, managing a significant portfolio of 7 million square feet of office and industrial properties in the greater Washington, DC area from January 2003 to October 2013. Daniel Orcutt holds a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Environmental Design/Architecture from the University at Buffalo, earned in 1992.
