Nita Keswani

Nita Keswani is a seasoned executive search professional with extensive experience in leading mandates for C-suite executives across various functions, including Sales & Marketing, Finance, and Human Resources. Currently a Partner at Boyden since April 2014, Nita heads the Chemicals sub-practice and has successfully recruited for prestigious chemicals companies. Previous roles include Principal Consultant and Branch Head at EDGE Executive Search Pvt. Ltd., where Nita established the Mumbai office and managed high-level searches across multiple sectors. Additionally, Nita has served as a Visiting Faculty Member in Artificial Intelligence at engineering colleges in Pune and has experience as a Software Specialist at Digital Equipment India Ltd. Nita earned an M.Phil. in Information Engineering from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
