Heather Krause, AIF®, currently serves as Managing Director-Branch Director and Senior Portfolio Manager at RBC Wealth Management since October 2009, specializing in helping families build, preserve, and transfer wealth. In addition to this role, Heather has been an active member of the Advisory Board and Board of Directors at Boyer Children's Clinic since 2013, and served on the Board of Directors at Edmonds Senior Center from January 2015 to December 2022. Heather's previous experience includes several senior leadership positions at Terex Corporation and Genie Industries, focusing on customer service, product management, and global general management. Heather holds an MS in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the University of Washington and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Lafayette College.

Boyer Children's Clinic
Boyer was organized in 1942 by a group of doctors, parents and volunteers to provide services for children with cerebral palsy in a community setting. Today, more than 80 years later, Boyer continues to be a leader and highly-valued resource in the community promoting services for children with neuromuscular disabilities and developmental delays. Boyer is the largest provider of ESIT services in Seattle for children birth to teen (focused primarily on children age birth to three), serving over 1,200 children and their families annually. We have two locations: our flagship site in the Montlake neighborhood, and our new satellite clinic in Magnuson Park. Depending on each child’s needs, Boyer establishes an interdisciplinary team that may include therapists, a developmental pediatrician, nurses, educators, social workers and family resources coordinators to maximize identification, consultation and integration of services.
