Roman Krislav

Roman Krislav is the current Managing Director at Boyne Capital. Prior to this, they were with H.I.G. Capital from February 2006 to February 2022, where they held the title of Managing Director. Before that, Krislav was with Mercantile Capital Partners from January 2003 to December 2006 as Vice President. Their career began at Goldman Sachs in January 1998, where they worked their way up from analyst to associate over the course of five years.

Roman Krislav graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a B.S.E. from The Wharton School and a B.A.S from the School of Engineering & Applied Science. Roman then went on to get their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School.
