Kelsey King is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in email and interactive marketing. Currently serving as the Marketing Cloud Manager at Boyne Resorts since May 2021, Kelsey manages Salesforce Marketing Cloud for 15 tourism and retail business units, focusing on data extensions, automations, and personalized customer journeys. Prior roles include Email Marketing Specialist at Boyne Resorts, Email Marketing Coordinator at Orvis, and Interactive Marketing Manager at Mount Snow, where Kelsey created compelling content and optimized marketing strategies. Additional experience includes video editing roles at ESF Camps & Experiences and The Healthy Voyager, as well as internships at SXM Entertainment and Slevomat. Kelsey holds a Bachelor's degree in Television-Radio from Ithaca College.
