Thad previously held the position of Senior Director of CRM & Digital Strategy at Peak Resorts, where significant achievements included generating over $37 million in online revenue and developing a successful demand-based ticket strategy. Thad’s background includes leadership roles in various organizations, contributing to regional economic development through board membership and committee involvement. Thad holds an MBA in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Denver.
