The Leadership Team at Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is responsible for strategic direction, operational efficiency, and organizational growth. Comprising the President & CEO, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Development Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer, this team works collaboratively to enhance youth programs, secure funding, and foster a positive work environment that supports the organization's mission of empowering young people throughout greater Seattle.
