Ashleigh Corley Webb

Ashleigh Corley Webb has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Ashleigh currently works as a Project Director at Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County since March 2023. Prior to this, they served as an Executive Club Director at the same organization from March 2021 to February 2023.

Before joining Boys & Girls Clubs, Ashleigh worked at Journey Church in various roles. From September 2019 to October 2020, they held the position of Campus Lead of Dream Teams and Connections. In this role, they supervised multiple teams and spearheaded initiatives such as establishing a Communications Team and implementing a successful new members program.

Ashleigh also served as the Kids Ministry Director at Journey Church from March 2018 to September 2019. During their tenure, they developed an onboarding process, managed a large team, and implemented policies and safety standards for the ministry.

Prior to working at Journey Church, Ashleigh gained valuable experience with Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. as a Family & Youth Activities Specialist from January 2014 to February 2018. Ashleigh was responsible for leading onboard activities for families and children, hosting events, and providing support to guests and crew members in crisis situations.

In addition, Ashleigh had a brief but impactful role as the Director of Development and Missionary at Outpour Movement | The Journey Thailand in 2013. Ashleigh created self-sustaining social enterprises and served as an English teacher in a local school for orphaned youth.
