Chair, Emerging Leaders Council at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City

Jeff Jenkins is the Chair of the Emerging Leaders Council at Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Kansas City. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at the National Center for Fathering from July 2013 to June 2015. In this role, they were responsible for donor development, marketing, finance, and the day-to-day operations of both the NCF headquarters and the WATCH D.O.G.S. office in Springdale, Arkansas.

During their time at the National Center for Fathering, Jenkins led the NCF Board and Staff through a five phase organizational strategy development and rebranding process, resulting in an updated statement of Mission, Vision and Values and strategic direction. Jeff also conceptualized and directed the complete redesign of an energy infused and mobile friendly website, Fathers.com, which launched in June 2014. Additionally, they created a new logo and led the process for developing a new corporate identity strategy for NCF.

Jenkins also updated the NCF donor management system and database, all back office technology and email marketing system. Jeff improved the Charity Navigator rating from a 1 to 3 star (out of 4) and improved NCF standing with Guidestar from a non-rated charity to a Gold level. Furthermore, they streamlined and implemented operational efficiencies in first year resulting in total savings of $73K ($50K annualized).

Jeff Jenkins has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from Oklahoma State University and an Associate's degree from Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College in Business Administration, Management, and Operations.
