Vine Culpepper

Vine Culpepper is the current Director of Social Justice & Leadership at Boys & Girls Club of Elgin. Prior to this, they were the Life Enrichment Coordinator at Wesley Willows from February 2018 to November 2019. Before that, they worked as a Sales Floor Associate at Kohl's from August 2017 to April 2018. From March 2016 to May 2017, they were the Office Administrator at Court Street United Methodist Church. Vine also did some freelance work as a graphic artist from September 2015 to December 2016. Lastly, they were a Marketing Intern at Heffner Hills Marketing LLC from September 2015 to January 2016.

Vine Culpepper studied art, media and design at DePaul University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree.

They work with Avante London - Director of Workforce Development, Maggie Howes - Program Administrative Coordinator, and TBD - Director of Education. Their manager is Deborah Ficken, Chief Impact Officer. A direct report to Vine Culpepper is and Tatiana Rios Garza - Leadership Programs Manager.
