Mark Washbush has extensive experience in youth development and non-profit management. Mark started their career at Mid-Peninsula Boys & Girls Club in 2004, where they served as the Education Coordinator, overseeing various college preparedness and mentoring programs. Mark then moved on to become the Managing Director, responsible for program oversight and budget control. In 2007, they took on the role of Development Director, focusing on fundraising and marketing strategies.
In 2013, Washbush joined Boys & Girls Clubs of Silicon Valley as the Chief Development Officer, managing fund development strategies and the Resource Development Department. Mark later transitioned to the position of Chief Operating Officer, where they oversaw all unit clubs and implemented programs. Throughout their career, Washbush has demonstrated a strong commitment to professional development and staff training.
Mark Washbush graduated from Carlmont in 1992, where they obtained their high school diploma. Mark then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature at UCLA and graduated in 1996.
