Alyce Vasquez

Director, Strategic Alignment at Boys & Girls Clubs of America

Alyce Vasquez has a diverse work experience in various industries. Alyce started their career as a Litigation Assistant at Justice Corps in 2009 and worked there for a year. Alyce then moved on to Cedars-Sinai where they worked as a Coordinator in Orthopedics from 2010 to 2014, handling administrative tasks and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

After that, Alyce joined Aeroscraft Corporation where they served as an Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to the CEO from 2014 to 2016. In this role, they provided comprehensive support to the CEO, managed information and reporting, built client relationships, and conducted research to prepare reports and presentations.

Currently, Alyce works as the Director of Strategic Alignment at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, a role they have held since 2016. In this position, they act as a change agent, overseeing the successful implementation of the Field Operations division's priorities. Alyce manages multiple projects, assists the Managing Director in departmental meetings, and facilitates coordination among different areas of the organization.

Throughout their career, Alyce has demonstrated strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to anticipate and prioritize needs.

Alyce Vasquez attended Mount Saint Mary's University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Political Science. In 2019, they received additional certifications in Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design from the National Association of School Resource Officers, and in Organizational Leadership Development from DePaul University.
