Brandee Paisano has extensive work experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly with the Boys & Girls Clubs organization. Brandee'smost recent role was as the Director of Organizational Development, Native Services at Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where they were responsible for establishing partner relationships, assessing board and organizational capacity, and providing consultative and technical assistance to Boys & Girls Clubs in their assigned service area. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Austin Area, managing operations at 19 club locations. Brandee also held positions at Boys & Girls Clubs of King County, including Area Director and Director of Elementary Programs, where they managed multiple club facilities and coordinated licensed elementary programs. Additionally, they worked at The Associated Recreation Council as a Field Supervisor, overseeing recreational programming in community centers. Brandee's career began in the US Navy, where they served as CSD Leading Petty Officer and Weapons Team Lead, coordinating various aspects of training and tracking personnel transfers.

Brandee Paisano began their education at The Art Institutes in 2007 and completed their Associate of Arts degree in Photography in 2009. After a break, they resumed their studies in 2017 at City University of Seattle, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies in 2018.
