Dan Sheffield

Dan Sheffield has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Dan began their career at ITT Financial as a Vice President Assistant Controller, where they managed audits, analyzed financial results, and implemented accounting controls. Dan then worked at GE Capital as a Controller, providing strategic guidance and overseeing accounting processes and financial analysis. Dan later joined Small Business Loan Source as CFO, where they provided strategic guidance, led operational improvements, and negotiated contracts. Dan continued their CFO role when the company was acquired by First Bank, taking on additional responsibilities as COO of Small Business Loan Source. Sheffield then moved to Integrity 1st Financial as an Executive Vice President and Loan Officer before joining Frontenac Bank as CFO, where they successfully turned around the troubled bank and improved profitability and performance ratios. Sheffield then established Sheffield Services, LLC as President, helping business owners secure financing. Most recently, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Jazz St. Louis, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to promoting jazz through live performances, education, and outreach. Currently, they are serving as the Finance Controller at Boys & Girls Clubs of St. Charles.
