Daniel Herb has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles in different organizations. Daniel served as the Managing Director of Youth Development Services at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America from 2023 onwards, where they led a team of professionals focused on developing and delivering youth development programs and services. Prior to that, Daniel was the National Director of Strategic Implementation at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, responsible for implementing data-driven decision-making strategies. Daniel also served as the National Director of Business Intelligence, where they curated and implemented an enterprise data management strategy and led the organization's business intelligence strategic plan. Earlier in their career, Daniel worked as the Director of Planning and Measurement at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where they developed outcome measurement strategies and led projects related to data use and reporting. Additionally, they worked at the Center for the Support of Families as an Associate and Consultant, conducting quality assurance reviews and assessments of business processes. Daniel also served as the Director of Quality Improvement at CHOR Youth and Family Services Inc., where they developed and monitored outcome measures and oversaw licensing and accreditation of programs.
Daniel Herb completed a Leadership Berks Program at Alvernia University in 2017, specializing in a Non-Profit Board Training Program. Daniel obtained a Master's degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania between 2004 and 2005. Prior to that, Daniel completed their Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, studying from 2000 to 2003.
