Erica Soto

Erica Soto has a diverse work experience history. Erica started their career in 2014 as a Library Assistant II at the Grand Rapids Public Library, where they worked until November 2017. In 2017, they joined BL²END - Business Leaders Linked to Encourage New Directions as the Marketing and Communications Co-chair, responsible for promoting and managing the organization's brand through various marketing and communications activities. Erica later became the President of BL²END in June 2019. In 2018, they worked as a Consultant - Community/Student Engagement Liaison at the Grand Rapids Public Museum Middle and High Schools. Most recently, Erica has been serving as the Learning Center Manager at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America since September 2019.

Erica Soto obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, where they attended from 2012 to 2017.
