Jacklyn Noden has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. Jacklyn has held various positions, starting with their role as Manager of Youth Programs at Workforce Tulsa from 2007 to 2008, where they focused on engaging new youth-serving organizations and securing funding.
From 2008 to 2011, Noden worked as a Project Director at ResCare Workforce Services, managing multimillion-dollar grant projects and ensuring compliance with workforce and economic development regulations.
Next, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Girl Scouts of Colorado from 2011 to 2016. In this role, Noden led teams in program development and evaluation, implemented a customer experience model, and managed an $11 million budget.
Noden then joined Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver as the Chief Program Officer from 2016 to 2018. Jacklyn oversaw a team of 150 staff across multiple locations, fundraised over $700,000, and successfully launched new club sites.
Currently, Noden works at Boys & Girls Clubs of America as the National Vice President, Product Management. Since joining in 2018, they have held multiple roles, including Director of Client Success and Senior Product Director. These positions involved developing comprehensive product solutions, managing implementation and staff training, and achieving significant increases in adoption rates.
Jacklyn Noden completed their education in the field of history. From 2002 to 2005, they pursued their Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in History at Texas State University. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they studied from 1999 to 2002.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Jacklyn Noden also obtained professional certifications. In October 2018, they became a Certified Salesforce Administrator through Salesforce. In September 2020, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
