Joanna Bossi

Joanna Bossi has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, primarily focusing on corporate partnerships and business development. Joanna currently holds the position of Director of Corporate Partnerships and Business Development at Boys & Girls Clubs of America. Prior to this, they worked at Start Early as a Senior Manager, overseeing corporate and foundation partnerships. In their previous roles at United Way of Metro Chicago, they served as Director of Corporate Partnerships and Engagement, and also as a Relationship Manager. Before that, they worked in community outreach as the Community Outreach Director at Habitat for Humanity of Hamilton County. Joanna also held positions at Habitat for Humanity of Indiana as a Government Grants Manager and at the Community Development Commission of Mendocino County as a Community Development Specialist. Joanna Bossi began their career as a Campus Chapter Coordinator for the Illinois State University Habitat for Humanity and later served as an AmeriCorps VISTA at Truman Heritage Habitat for Humanity.

Joanna Bossi received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Communication from California State University, Fresno in 2008. Later, they pursued their Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Political Science, specializing in Applied Community and Economic Development, from Illinois State University, which they completed in 2011.
